Deals:

Actis-backed IPP, Rezolv Energy, has secured up to €90 million in debt financing to support the construction of the 225-megawatt St. George solar park in northeastern Bulgaria.

AIP Management has made a binding offer to acquire a significant minority stake in VALOREM, one of France’s largest IPP’s, from 3i Group.

Alcazar Energy Partners has signed an agreement with RP Global for the rights for the development, construction and operation of a 200-megawatt onshore wind power project in Serbia.

Ancala-backed Noventa Energy, a provider of decarbonized heating and cooling solutions, has acquired three innovative heat-from-wastewater assets from Scottish Water Horizons.

Macquarie Asset Management to acquire ZITON, a top provider of offshore wind O&M services in Europe, from Permira Credit.

Macquarie portfolio company Roadchef will install around 650 fast-charging points across most of its sites. The upgraded facilities will be partly powered by new solar energy capacity installed onsite. BNP Paribas Asset Management has held its first close for the BNP Paribas European Junior Infrastructure Debt Fund II, securing €280 million of commitments. The fund has a target size between €500 million and €750 million and a hard cap of €1 billion.
